Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your specific item.

  Secure the Equipment

  Pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls, to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
